The product are subdivided into the following category
Lightweight board of cellular rigid Free Foam unplasticised PVC (uPVC), are at 50% or lesser weight of rigid PVC. These boards have a homogenous cellular core with mat and closed cell surface finish. The unparalleled ease of processing and their unique resistance to weathering render them the ideal for outdoor applications as well as for manufacturing indoor furniture and decorative materials.
These boards are of opaque rigid unplasticised PVC (u PVC), with a flawless glossy surface and unsurpassed resistance to UV radition, chemical erosion and impact. These unique properties make them an ideal material for outdoor applications as well as in the high demanding construction and industrial fields.
PVC is a thermoplastic made of 57% chlorine (derived from industrial grade salt) and 43% carbon (derived predominantly from oil / gas via ethylene). It is less dependent than other polymers on crude oil or natural gas, which are nonrenewable, and hence can be regarded as a natural resource saving plastic, in contrast to plastics such as PE, PP, PET and PS, which are totally dependent on oil or gas. This chlorine gives to PVC excellent fire resistance.
The standard colour for EXPAN,SOLVIN, and boards are green, wood colour, red, white, blue, pink, red, grey and black is also available in dual colour. For example, the inner foam core will be white and outer skins will be blue.
